Briefly: we collect only what we need, we don't sell anything, and we'll delete it on request.

What we collect
Your name, email, shipping address, billing address, and payment method (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see card numbers). If you create an account, we also store your password as a salted hash. If you contact us, we keep our correspondence.
Why we collect it
To fulfill your orders, communicate with you about them, and let you back into your account if you forget your password. That's it.
Who sees it
Us, our shipping carriers (just the address), Stripe (just payment data), and Resend (just to send you order emails). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else, ever.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to remember your cart and login session. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Email us at hello@elaganmade.com.
