When your piece leaves us.
Because each piece is finished by hand, orders ship within 5–7 business days of being placed. Custom and engraved pieces take 2–6 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking the moment the package leaves our atelier.
Domestic (US)
Standard shipping is free over $200 and $12 below. Express (1–2 day) is $25, when we can offer it. Every package is insured to the full value of the contents.
International
We ship to most countries. Rates start at $25 and arrive in 7–14 days via DHL or UPS. Where possible we collect customs duties at checkout so nothing surprises you at your door.
Packaging
Every order arrives in a small box, wrapped in unbleached cotton, inside a recycled-paper outer mailer. No plastic, no bows, nothing you'd feel bad throwing away.
If it isn't right.
Sixty days, any reason, free. Send the piece back in its original condition and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it.
How to return
Email us at hello@elaganmade.com with your order number and a sentence about why. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Drop the package at any post office or carrier collection point.
What's final sale
Custom commissions, engraved pieces, and items that have been worn (we can tell). Everything else, we'll happily take back.
Exchanges
For a different size of the same piece, just return the original and place a new order — we'll refund the first as soon as the return arrives. It's faster and gives you the same outcome.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours of receiving the package and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
