Using this site
By using elaganmade.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Orders
An order isn't accepted until we email you confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a price is obviously wrong, if a piece becomes unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after charging you, we refund immediately.
Pricing
Prices are in USD unless noted. We try to keep them accurate, but if a clear error appears, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Intellectual property
Designs, photography, and copy on this site are ours. Please don't reproduce them commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
We stand behind every piece. If something we made fails or arrives damaged, we'll fix or replace it. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the piece in question.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please write to hello@elaganmade.com first. We'd much rather solve it directly than involve anyone else. If we can't reach an agreement, disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the atelier is registered.
